Certified / Advanced Course:  “Lay Speakers are Servant Leaders” (mandatory)
“Christian Stewardship” (Brooklyn Campus Only)
“Bereavement Ministry” (Queens/Nassau Campus Only)
 (Youth, Beginner & Servant Leader courses will be offered at both campuses)

January 9 and 23, February 6 and 20, March 6 and 20 
Closing Worship and Fellowship on March 27 at Brooklyn campus 
Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (includes a 30 minute break)
We have beverages … Please bring your own breakfast / lunch / snack!

REGISTRATION FEES
Youth - $15.00     Beginners, Certified & Advanced - $25.00
(Includes all texts and printed materials)

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  December 10, 2009
(ALL late registrations add $10.00 per person – NO EXCEPTIONS!!!)

Applications can be obtained from your Pastor.  You must indicate at the top of your application which location you select.  If you do not, one will be selected for you.  Only one location may be chosen for the entire semester.
