National United Methodist Campers (NUMC)
NUMC is an affiliate group of the General Board of Discipleship with the purpose of bringing United Methodists together who enjoy the out of doors.
The purpose of NUMC is:
- To enjoy the out-of-doors in a wholesome Christian atmosphere.
- To provide safe and comfortable opportunities for family camping.
- To share in Christian worship at informal campground services or by attending a nearby church on Sundays.
- To make new friends and continue old friendships with others who also enjoy "Our Father's World."
- To join in Christian service to help others when there is a need.
