Pastor-Parish Relations Committee

The Pastor (Staff) Parish Relations Committee is crucial to an effective ministry for church and pastor.  In addition to serving in an advisory role to the bishop and cabinet when pastors move, the committee is charged with the responsibility of representing the congregation to the pastor and the pastor to the congregation.

Additionally, the P(S)PRC is concerned to ensure that the compensation package and parsonage or housing allowance are adequate. On this page may be found links to several resources that are necessary to doing this job well.  If you have further questions, please contact your district superintendent.
