Dear Pastor/Chair of Finance Committee:
We are providing practice tables to assist you in your preparation for the GCFA statistical table reports (Tables I, II, III).
At the bottom of this page are links to the blank practice tables for Tables I, II & III along with a supplemental worksheet for specific lines on Table II. You can download them and start your preparation work. Instructions are included on each line.
You will note that the tables have changed for the new quadrennium. We will post a comparison of this quadrennium’s tables (2009-2012) vs. the last quadrenniums’s tables (2005-2008), later this week.
Finally, we have also posted a grid that shows what the table data is used for and who uses it.
We at the conference will complete lines 40a-47, line 50, and line 65 on Table II. The local church does NOT need to complete these lines. These lines are hidden on the GCFA form, so you will not see these lines on the entry screens. You will however, need to fill out line 65a, which will appear on the GCFA entry screen.
The GCFA reporting tables for Tables I, II and III will be available beginning Monday March 8. Click here to go to the GCFA Web site www.eagle.gcfa.org>>. Important: The deadline for reporting is the evening of Wednesday March 31.
Click here to get the log-on instructions and an overview of how to use the GCFA Web site>> (Revised, Friday 3/5 at 3pm)
It’s very important that you hit the save button every 20 minutes or more often. If you do not save your data for 20 minutes the system will "time out" or automatically log you off. If this occurs, will have lost all unsaved data. When the system times out, yu will will have to log back in and resubmit any data that wasn't previously saved. Remember, there is no limit on how often or how many times you can save your tables.
Each district has a statistician. The statistician has been trained in the use of the Tables and the instructions for completing them. Questions should be directed to your district statistician. The statistician will be able to view your Tables and change them. He/she will also be able to view or print reports of your status. The District Statisticians are:
