Personnel Committee

Mission

The Mission of the New York Annual Conference Personnel Committee is that it is called to provide and sustain an employment framework for our employees that ensures care, justice, parity, consistency and standards.

We are charged as stewards of the varied and diverse gifts represented in our midst and so we seek to determine ways to nurture, encourage and help people to meet their potential; using their gifts, talents and skills in service to the ministry of the New York Annual Conference.
